Since 1998, we have been recycling thermoplastic production waste on our recycling systems. Today, we produce many thousands of tonnes of high-quality regrind and agglomerate. We are able to recycle almost any type of clean and single-type thermoplastic plastic waste. Over the years, we have also developed broad process expertise.
From solid rods, pipes and lumps to sheets, films, powders and shavings, we can process almost all types of waste from nearly all polymers. Our site in Bad Sobernheim offers 30,000 square metres and 4 halls, providing sufficient space for proper storage and professional processing.
In addition, we commissioned a processing plant for sorted commercial waste at the beginning of 2021. With this plant, we can carry out shredding, metal separation, dry cleaning and agglomeration. The focus is on post-commercial fabric and film waste, which can be sold as agglomerate or pressed into bales.
We are also happy to recycle your waste for you as part of contract processing, so that it can be returned to the material cycle immediately.
